Bishop Leslie Patterson and Co-Pastor Dr. Francene Patterson is committed in assisting couples in creating and maintaining God centered Marriages. Bishop Patterson and his wife Dr. Francene Patterson through the FBC Couple's Ministry have a focus to help others Maintain Healthy Marriages and Save Marriages in distress.

Bishop Patterson and Co-Pastor Patterson's mission is to provide each couple at First Baptist Church of Sterling with a Biblical and Practical foundation for lifelong marriage.

Bishop Patterson and Co-Pastor consider sound Biblical and Practical Foundations as a vital part of our church vision for effective family ministry. Marriage is a gift from God and FBC is committed to helping couples establish and maintain a Godly marriage.
